The main goal of the terms and conditions below is to preserve and protect Birkman Consultants rights, considering the interests of their clients. We assure to our consultants our concern and strive to provide them with the best level of service, and make effort to make the purchase experience an effective experience that facilitates and supports delivering your services.

Kindly review the terms and conditions carefully as your acceptance means that you are bound to it, and you can not violate them. Masters Legacy reserves the right to update or revise the Terms of Use and to change, modify, add or remove parts of it at any time and you will be notified thereof.

1. This page was created to enable you to purchase Birkman Questionnaires (Signature, Student and Job Seekers) only, not to request or transfer reports.
2. Masters Legacy is not responsible for any future bank transfers after the activation of online payment, and the consultant has no right to request transferring any report after transferring the fees to any bank account without referring to Masters Legacy and coordinating that in advance.
3. No technical support is provided through this page, and if you need any technical support, please contact support team at Birkman@masterslegacy.net.
4. To request transferring Birkman Signature Reports, send client name and Birkman ID to Birkman@masterslegacy.net and to request transferring Career Compass Reports, send client name and Birkman ID with the report type to Careercompass@masterslegacy.net.
5. Prices include VAT.
6. Questionnaires prices are private information only for Birkman Consultants, and can’t be shared in any way with your clients, whether they are individuals, companies or government agencies. In the case of any party requested Birkman services, you can provide them with the total amount of the service, including the cost of the questionnaires.
7. Fees have to be paid directly by the consultant or his company - if it is responsible for this - and the consultant is not allowed to share his account information with any of his clients in order to preserve privacy.
8. The validity of the packages is one year from the date of purchase not date of use, and if the questionnaires expire without using them, the consultant has no right to request an extension of the validity period or a refund of fees.
9. If you purchase a package of Birkman Signature or Student or Job Seeker Report, it can’t be changed to any other package.
10. Consultant has no right to request a refund of fees after paying it for any reason, and they may be kept as a credit.
11. Consultant shall not provide his clients with Birkman Signature Reports without providing a one-to-one consultation session to explain and analyse the results of the report to his client, -according to the policy of Birkman International-, and Masters Legacy has the right to take the necessary action accordingly.
12. The consultant has the right to price Birkman Signature Report session fees according to what he sees appropriate, with informing the client with total price including questionnaire fees, without disclosing the cost of the questionnaire in one way or another. We also recommend taking into account the average prices of Birkman consulting sessions to narrow the gap between the price variance.
13. The prices of Career Compass Report for students and job seekers are fixed, and no consultant has the right to reduce or increase the fees from what has been approved by Masters Legacy Company unless we have informed you with any updates. The fee of Career Compass Report for Students is 416 SAR, and the fee of Career Compass Report for Job Seekers is 552 SAR.
14. The Career Compass Reports for Students and Job Seekers are self-interpreted reports can be provided to the client without a consulting session. If the client requests a consulting session, the consultant has the right to charge him with additional, and must clarifying this to him. If the Career Compass Reports Account have not been created to the consultant, the reports of his clients can be provided through Masters Legacy account and can be sent to the consultant by e-mail.
15. The Birkman Signature Report should not be provided to students aged 16-18 years or even preparatory stage at the university, and use the Students’ Career Compass Report to ensure the benefit and meet client expectations, unless there is an urgent need or challenge at another level that requires it (as a challenge with family or social relations).
16. In case not activating and using Birkman System for a period of two years or more, Masters Legacy have the right to immediately deactivate the account unless there is a compelling reason. If the consultant want to reactivate his account, he must contact support team at Birkman@masterslegacy.net to take the appropriate action.
17. Masters Legacy reserve the right to take the appropriate actions in case of violating any of these terms.
